Dr. Frederick Willison received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia, graduating first in his class. He did his residency training in radiation oncology at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, MD.

Dr. Willison is board certified in radiation oncology by the American Board of Radiation. He is a veteran of the U.S. Army and served as chief of the radiation oncology division at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington D.C.
