Insurance selections for employees and eligible dependents are effective the first calendar day of the month following the employment date with Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute. Employees may choose from a variety of plans including:

Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute pays a majority of the medical and dental plan premium for employees and dependents. Basic Life, AD&D, and STD, are paid 100% by OCSRI for employee coverage.
Employees may use flexible spending accounts to direct a portion of pre-tax salary to pay for un- reimbursed Medical and Dependent Care expenses.
401k plan: OCSRI provides a 401k plan for its employees. Employees are eligible to participate after working six months and 1000 hours. OCSRI matches 100% for the first 3%, and additionally provides a profit sharing contribution of up to 5% annually.
